Kathleen “Kathy” Marie Dilley, 66, of West Saint Paul, Minnesota, passed away March 11, 2026, at United Hospital in Saint Paul.

Kathy was born Dec. 6, 1959, in Prairie du Chien; the first-born child to Gareth “Gary” and Joanne Delury. Kathy is survived by her mother, Joanne Delury, her former spouse Loren Dilley, and their three sons: Troy (Tina) Dilley of Bloomington, WI, Jason Dilley of Mount Hope, and Shane (Maria Alvarez) Dilley of Queen Creek, Ariz.; and three grandchildren. She is also survived by four sisters: Karen Delury of Prairie du Chien, Connie Delury of Winter Haven, Fla., Peggy Hanson of Minnetonka, Minn., and Patty Burnam of Winter Haven, Fla., and many nieces and nephews.

Kathy graduated from Prairie du Chien High School in 1978. She later earned her Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) certification from WITC in New Richmond, Wisconsin in 1992, and Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification from Century College in St. Paul, Minn., in 2010. Kathy lived in Patch Grove, Richland Center, and New Richmond, Wisconsin, before settling in Saint Paul, Minnesota. She dedicated her career to caring for others, especially the elderly and those living with dementia.

Kathy enjoyed reading, evening walks, rock and roll music, and attending concerts. She will be remembered for her kindness and compassion.

A graveside memorial service will be held at a later date. In place of flowers, the family welcomes contributions to help ease the financial burden during this time of loss. Your generosity will be remembered with heartfelt gratitude.
