Lee A. Horstman, of Davenport, formerly of Guttenberg, passed away Wednesday, June 11, 2025, at the Genesis Hospital in Davenport.

Visitation and Funeral services were Tuesday, June 17, at Morris Funeral Home in Guttenberg, conducted by Rev. Marvin Bries.

Lee was born on Oct. 12, 1965, in Dubuque, son of James and Ruth (Bolsinger) Horstman. He graduated from Edgewood-Colesburg High School. 

Lee spent his time with family, playing cards, playing pool online and watching football. His favorite teams were the Iowa Hawkeyes and the Washington Commanders. He spent time outside of the house working on his truck with friends. 

Survivors include his children, Nichelle (Trent) Oostendorp and Cody Horstman; grandchildren, Owen and Nora Oostendorp; mother, Ruth Horstman; siblings, Irvin (Rebecca) Horstman, Kenneth Horstman, Marsha Foss, and Kevin Horstman Sr.

He was preceded in death by his father, James in 2018; sister-in-law, Viana in 2025; and grandparents, Clarence and Eleanor Bolsinger, Martin Sr. and Ellen Horstman.
