Three area baseball players recently earned all-district recognition from the Wisconsin Baseball Coaches Association. 

Seneca senior Jacob Payne and sophomore Gage Wall were both named honorable mention all-district in the Southwest District. Prairie du Chien junior Bryce Lenzendorf was named to the Southwest District’s Academic All-District Team. 

The  southwest district consists of the Dairyland, Coulee, South Central, Mississippi Valley, Scenic Bluffs, Ridge & Valley, Six Rivers East, Six Rivers West, Southwest Wisconsin, and SWAL conferences. In ordered to be considered for all-district or all-state awards, a player’s head coach must be a member of the WBCA.
