Like the Royals baseball team, the Seneca softball team hosted a triangular on Saturday with Onalaska Luther and Cashton, coming away with a win and a loss.
The Royals started off with Luther in the first game with the Knights earning a 7-5 victory.
The final game of the day saw the hosts even the season record at 4-4 with a 13-7 win over the Cashton Eagles. Stats were not available as of press time.
Seneca traveled to Ithaca on Monday night for a Ridge & Valley Conference game before hosting Boscobel on Tuesday night. The Royals will end the week by traveling to Kickapoo on Friday evening and then to Cobb on Saturday morning for a tournament at Iowa-Grant.
