Ronald Allen Miller Sr., 77, of Colesburg passed away on Oct. 17, 2023, at VA Hospital in Iowa City, surrounded by family.

A celebration of life will be held in the spring.

Ron was born to Delbert and Lorraine Miller in Colesburg on Oct. 2, 1946. He graduated from Ed-Co High School in 1964. He served in the Army from 1965-1967.

He was married to Connie Lee Miller on Feb. 14, 1989. In recent years, he delivered Winnebago Motorhomes.

Left to cherish his memory are his wife, Connie; children, Ronald (Lenora) Miller Jr. and Melissa Miller; step-children, Rebecca Murdock, Bruce (Cheryl) Fritz, Elizabeth (Brian) Wyant; grandchildren, Joshua Miller, Courtney (Jordan) Dobson, Sarah (Lee) Murdock, Meghan (Jacob) Dahl-McCaroll, Stephen (Brianna) Wyant, Rebekah Fairbanks, Kamron Miller, Mitchell (Amanda) Anderson, Jacob Wyant, Cody Fritz, Lila Miller, Conner Wyant, Kendall Miller-Rider and six great-grandchildren; brother, Harvey (Jeanne) Miller and many nephews and nieces.
