The Prairie du Chien baseball team blanked visiting Lancaster 4-0 in a D2 Regional semifinal on May 26 at St. Feriole Island Ballpark.

Prairie scored lone runs in each of the first, third, fourth and fifth innings.

The Blackhawks scored 4 runs on 7 hits and committed 1 error. Lancaster had only 1 hit and committed 1 error.

Colton Thompson went 2-4 with 2 runs scored. Aden McCluskey was 3x3 with 2 RBIs. Ty Wagner was 1x2 with an RBI. Nick Mara was 1x3. Owen Oldenburg had an RBI.

Maddox Cejka earned the victory. He gave up 1 hit while walking 6 and striking out 8 in 6 innings. Tommy Mara fanned 1 in 1 inning. 

The Blackhawks improved to 12-7 overall to advance in the playoffs. 

The Flying Arrows ended their season at 5-14.
