You are hereby notified pursuant to Wis. Stat. § 799.16(2), that a replevin action has been issued to recover the possession of the following described goods and chattels, to-wit: one 2016 VOLKSWAGEN TIGUAN VIN:WVGAV7AX5GW522426, which the plaintiff, is entitled to possess, but which you unlawfully detained.

Now, unless you shall file a written answer or appear by phone/video in the Crawford County Clerk of Courts, 220 N. Beaumont Road,Prairie Du Chien WI 53821 before the presiding Judge or Court Commissioner to whom the matter may be assigned on 07/12/2021 at 9:00AM, judgment may rendered against you for the delivery of said property to the plaintiff and for damages for the detention thereof and for costs.

We are attempting to collect a debt and any information obtained will be used for that purpose.
