(CCR) is available at City Hall located at 214 East Blackhawk

Ave., Mon. through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and the Public

Library located at 125 S. Wacouta Ave. Mon. through Thursday,

9:00 a.m. – 8 p.m.; Friday, 9 a.m – 5 p.m.; Saturday, 9

a.m. – 1 p.m. The Consumer Confidence Report can also

be hand delivered by calling the Water Department for such

request at 326-8213 or City Hall at 326-6406 and also found

Maintenance Annual Report) is available at City Hall
