An 18-year-old Wauzeka man was charged in Crawford County Circuit Court on Dec. 21 with 10 counts of exposing a child to harmful material.

If convicted, Tyler J. Gillitzer faces up to 3.5 years imprisonment and a $10,000 fine for each count.

According to the criminal complaint, Gillitzer is charged with showing sexually explicit materials to high school students on his cell phone.
