Boscobel ends 

Prairie’s season

Boscobel defeated host Prairie du Chien 7-5 in a Division 3 Regional softball game Tuesday afternoon. 

Prairie scored first with a run in the second inning to go up 1-0. 

Boscobel scored 3 runs in the top of the fourth and Prairie scored 1 in the bottom half as Boscobel led 3-2. 

Prairie scored 2 runs in the fifth to take a 4-3 advantage. 

Boscobel scored 3 runs in the top of the sixth, but Prairie scored twice in the bottom half as Boscobel led 6-5. 

Boscobel scored again in the seventh to make the final 7-5.

Prairie du Chien had 10 hits and committed 8 errors. Boscobel had 4 hits and committed 4 errors. 

Kelsey Achenbach was 2x4 with a double. Kelly Check was 2x4 with a double. Maria Skemp was 2x4. JaZmien Chestnut hit a double.
