E. H. "Skip" Hall, 79, of Guttenberg, passed away on Thursday, Jan. 7, 2016.

Memorial services were Sunday, Jan. 17, at Tuecke-Allyn Funeral Home, Guttenberg.

Skip was born in Independence on Dec. 21, 1936. He graduated high school from Independence Schools and was a member of the Navy CB from 1955-1959.

Skip married Marcia Sherrets on May 7, 1971, and they lived the majority of their life together in Guttenberg.

Skip was a cement mason and owned his own dry wall business. He enjoyed fishing, hunting and watching football. He was an amazing grandpa and enjoyed spending time with his family.

Skip is survived by his wife, Marica; sister, Linda Short (Ed); children, Autumn Hall (Al), Mike Horn (Shelly); children from previous marriage, Mike Hall (Becky), Janine Brammer and David (Christine) Hall; grandchildren, Brandon, Bailee, Ryann, Tyler, Austin, Emma, Haley, Tim, Alexa, Autumn, Nicolas, Nathaniel, Crystal and Angelo; great-grandchildren, Nicholas, Matthew, Joseph, Julia and Wyatt.

He was preceeded in death by his parents, Evan and Gladys Hall; brothers, Donald, Rooke, Bert, and Vernon; sisters, Arladean "Tootie," Norma, Polly, and granddaughter, Hannah.
