Marjorie Ann Meyer, 83, of Janesville, formerly of Elkader, died Sunday, February 22, 2015, at an adult group home in Janesville, WI.  Marjorie was born December 28, 1931, in Elkader, to Eldo and Josephine (Miller) Meyer. She attended St. Joseph’s Grade School during her early years.

Exercising was one of the hobbies that she greatly enjoyed.

Survivors include several nieces and nephews.

 Marjorie was preceded in death by her parents; two sisters, Viola Meyer and Elaine Ross; two brothers, LaVerne Meyer and Robert E. Meyer.

A memorial service was held at 11 a.m. March 3, 2015, at St. Joseph Catholic Church, Elkader, Iowa, with Rev. Paul R. Peters as celebrant. Visitation was one hour before service time at the church. Inurnment followed at St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery, Elkader, Iowa.
