PdC softball wins 2, loses 1 to finish regular season

The Ladyhawks pulled out a victory over Richland Center 9-7. After falling behind 5-0 in the second, PdC rallied to score in every inning and RC only answered back in the top of 7 making it a little tense, but PDC held on.

Prairie du Chien/River Ridge/Seneca girls soccer team continues to battle

On April 14th, the girls soccer team hosted LaCrosse Central for a home match at Mulrooney Field.  Central proved to be a challenging opponent with many talented players.  Nonetheless, the Hawks got on the scoreboard first, after the Central goalkeeper handled the ball outside her 18 yard box in the 10th minute.  This infraction gave the Hawks a direct kick from the top of the box, which Tessa Czajkowski Higgins took and hit, over a wall of Central players and into the top left corner of the net.

Wauzeka softball wins twice, prepares for tough postseason road ahead

Wauzeka-Steuben softball traveled to Fennimore on Tuesday, May 2 to take on the Golden Eagles in non-conference action. The host Golden Eagles came away with 7-0 win. The loss dropped the Hornets to a 10-3 record  on the season
