RVI updates plans for Wyalusing Commons property

This is Concept A1. RVI President Julia Henley said she likes this concept much more than Concept B1. Concept A1 indicates the upper area least disturbed, and a consolidated grouping of new housing on the southwest corner, allowing for better views of the Lawler Lofts from Main Street (Highway 18 Bypass), with open space in front of it.

Concept B1 indicates a consolidated grouping in front of the existing garages, and open space to the south. Both images (Concept A1 and Concept B1) are merely conceptual at this point, to illustrate potential open space areas.
