Jill Renee Frazier 46, went to her heavenly home on Saturday, Jan 18, 2020. Her devotion to her family and faith in God were characteristics of her life, which was cut short due to cancer.

Jill was born to Bruce and Joan (Brandt) Finn on April 9, 1973, and grew up on the family farm near Patch Grove. She enjoyed the country lifestyle, especially working with livestock and training quarter horses. She loved to travel and preferred the itinerary to include plenty of time in the out of doors. The most important day in Jill’s life was Jan 24, 1984, when she trusted Jesus Christ as her personal savior while reading the Bible passage, Romans 5:6, “For when we were yet without strength, in due time Christ died for the ungodly.” Her faith in God was an anchor in her life and gave her ultimate peace. Jill married her best friend, Jay Frazier, on July 9, 1993, in the backyard of her parents’ home. They lived in rural Blue River most of their married life and raised two beloved children, Bradlee and Amber. Jill and Jay worked side by side in their recreational real estate business for 15 years, which she found very rewarding. In her spare time, she loved to till the soil and created beautiful landscapes and a productive garden for many years. She remembered everyone’s special occasions with an appropriate card and always seemed to recognize when someone needed an encouraging word.

Jill is survived by her husband, Jay; son, Bradlee; daughter, Amber; her parents, Bruce and Joan Finn, of Prairie du Chien; her sisters, Jina Finn and Jodi Finn. Jill is also fondly remembered by her father- and mother in-law, James and Janis Frazier, of Blue River; brothers- and sisters-in-law Jacob and Katherine Frazier, Joel and Priscilla Frazier and Jason and Holly Frazier; 13 nieces and nephews; a large church family and dear friends.

A visitation will be held at the Clary Memorial Funeral Home in Richland Center on Monday, Jan 20, from 4 to 8 p.m. A funeral service will be held at the Richland Community Center, 1050 N Orange St., Richland Center, on Tuesday, Jan 21, at 11 a.m., preceded by a visitation at the Community Center from 10 a.m. to the time of service. In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Jill may be made to Walk with Grace (walkwithgrace.com).
