Seneca beat visiting Weston on Monday, 6-2 in a Ridge and Valley baseball game.

Seneca got things started in the first inning when Kolton Chambers singled on a 1-2 count, scoring one run.

Seneca notched three runs in the third inning. Chambers, Matt Hall,and Joey Oppreicht each drove in runs during the inning.

Noah Allan was credited with the victory for Seneca. He surrendered two runs on three hits over seven innings, striking out seven.

Seneca totaled six hits. Hall and Chambers each collected two hits to lead Seneca. Jared Payne led Seneca with three stolen bases, as they ran wild on the base paths with seven stolen bases.
