Linda Kay Friday, 73, of Guttenberg, died Friday, March 30, 2018, at the Guttenberg Municipal Hospital.

Funeral services were Wednesday, April 4, at Tuecke-Allyn Funeral Home, Guttenberg, conducted by Rev. Harold McMillin. Visitation was before services at the funeral home.

Interment will be at Cedar Crest Cemetery, Jesup, at a later date.

Linda was born on Aug. 18, 1944, in Independence, the daughter of Dr. Andrew and Robertta (Truax) McGrath.

Linda attended and graduated from the Jesup Community School with the class of 1962.  She spent many years working as a bookkeeper in the insurance industry.

Linda had a love for the river, playing euchre, crocheting things for her family and spending hours on puzzles. She will always be remembered for the love she had for her family and friends.

Left to cherish her memory are her children, Tracy (Bryan) Ciuffo and Dean (Arian) Friday; three grandchildren, Mikayla and Brianna Cuiffo, and Claire Friday; sisters, Patricia (Robert) Merkel and Roxanne Blankenship; along with many nieces, nephews and friends.

Linda is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Gary in 2005; and one sister, Miriam Basquin.
