The Guttenberg Farmers Market opens for the season at 8 a.m. on Saturday, May 20. In conjunction, downtown merchants are holding a "Celebrating Spring Shop Hop" to encourage shopping local and to get people out and about for spring. 

"Visit local businesses for specials and sales on May 20! Enjoy the day with friends and family and support small business in Guttenberg," said Chamber Director Emily Sadewasser. 

The Farmers Market is held every Saturday, 8 a.m. - noon, on the 400 Block of South River Park Drive. Shoppers will find homegrown produce, honey, jam, maple syrup, baked goods, crafts, art, and more. The Farmers Market is sponsored by the Guttenberg Chamber of Commerce and Community Savings Bank.
