Hawks 

hold off Dodgers

Prairie du Chien got hot from the 3-point line late in the first half to surge to a 41-26 halftime lead, but Dodgeville came storming back to take the second half 39-26 as the Blackhawks held on for a 67-65 win in SWC boys basketball Friday night in Prairie du Chien. 

Prairie improved to 3-0 in conference action while Dodgeville fell to 2-2. 

Chas Sagedahl scored 19 points to pace the Blackhawks. Wesley Schwager netted 16 and Josh Lenzendorf added 11.

Prairie du Chien will next host Viroqua on Jan. 10.
