Mark Edward Brady, 55, of Guttenberg, died Saturday, Nov. 5, 2016, at the Guttenberg Municipal Hospital.

Visitation was Wednesday, Nov. 9, at Tuecke-Allyn Funeral Home, Guttenberg.

Services will be at a later date.

Mark was born on June 6, 1961, in Manchester, the son of Cecil and Grace (Kelley) Brady.

Mark graduated from the Greeley High School and was currently employed at Lund Manufacturing as a set-up boss. On May 6, 2000, Mark was married to Nancy Noblin. Mark was involved with the Greeley Little League, Greeley Softball and Joe’s Plumbing Softball. He enjoyed cutting trees and loved giving pieces of wood to special friends. Mark was known to eat the first piece of cake out of the middle which was a Brady thing. He loved tormenting kids by sticking things in windshields and was an avid collector of Spiderman memorabilia. 

Mark will be loved and cherished by his wife, Nancy; children, Ben (Kara) Brady, Brandon Brady, Stanley (Danielle) Bockenstedt, Jessica (Alex) Ball; grandchildren, Kaydence, Kyler, Emily, Emmitt, Josie and Abby; siblings, Terry (Doris) Brady, Doris Jean (Bruce) Schenke; siblings-in-law, Alice (Joe) Dravis, Pam (Gaylon) McKenna, Wendell (Debbie) Noblin, Jr. Noblin and Sarah Noblin; 19 nieces and nephews; 13 great-nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends. 

Mark was preceded in death by his father, Cecil in February 2008; mother, Grace in September 2005 and brother-in-law, Joe Dravis in October 2014.

In lieu of flowers and all styles of sympathy, a memorial for Mark has been established and they may be sent to 110 S. 3rd St., Guttenberg, IA 52052.
