Man arrested for fourth OWI
On March 5, at 11:51 p.m., a Crawford County Sheriff’s deputy came upon a 2014 Nissan Infiniti LT parked on Main Street at Shortcut Road in the township of Seneca. The parked vehicle was partially in the southbound lane of traffic with its brake lights illuminated.
The deputy made contact with the driver, Jeffrey J. Faulkner, 44, Boscobel. Faulkner displayed signs of impairment and was asked to perform standardized field sobriety tests. Faulkner refused to complete all of the field sobriety tests.
Faulkner was placed under arrest for fourth offense operating a motor vehicle while under the influence and later transported to the Crawford County Jail. Faulkner may also be charged with operating while revoked.
This case is being referred to the Crawford County District Attorney’s Office.
