The 2014 MFL MarMac Bulldog Softball team will be young, with only four upperclassmen. Key losses from last season include shortstop Erin Kinley and pitcher and first baseman Lexi Dettbarn, who elected not to play this season. Losses to graduation last year include outfielder Keisha Miller and third baseman Jenifer Ward.

Pitching will be led this year by Jillian Haberichter, who had an 8-15 record last year with a 5.12 ERA. She gave up almost seven runs every time she pitched and also allowed a walk or hit 1.77 per inning pitched.

Teams ran on Catcher Becca Harms last season, stealing 35 bases in 37 attempts.

The Bulldogs are also looking to improve offensively, as they were next to last in conference batting average last season, hitting .227 with 22 extra base hits, 18 being doubles.
