River Ridge, Seneca and Wauzeka-Steuben were among the teams competing in the River Ridge Timberwolf Invitational Track Meet in Bloomington on a rainy Friday afternoon. 

River Ridge won the girls’ meet with a team total of 152.5 points. The Platteville JV had 99.5, Belmont 75.5, Dodgeville-Mineral Point JV 73.5, Fennimore 67, North Crawford 62, Wauzeka-Steuben 52, De Soto 42, Cassville 38 and Black Hawk 30. 

Tatem Baures of Wauzeka-Steuben won the 800-meter run in 2:39.80. 

Taylor Crapp of River Ridge won the long jump at 14-5.25.

Crapp won the triple jump at 30-5. 

Fennimore won the boys’ meet with 125 points. River Ridge had 115.5, Cassville 104, North Crawford 96, Plattville JV 94, Dodgeville-Mineral Point JV 71.5, De Soto 26, Belmont 20, Black Hawk 20, Seneca 7 and Wauzeka-Steuben 4.

Cordt Esser of River Ridge won the 400-meter dash in 57.44. 

Andy Breuer of River Ridge won the pole vault at 11-0.
