Three arrested during meth bust in Fairview
On Feb. 13, following an eight-month investigation into the manufacturing of methamphetamine, the Crawford County Sheriff’s Department obtained and executed a search warrant at 13812 Highway 27 in Fairview in Utica Township.
At 5:25 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 13, members of law enforcement began the execution of the search warrant at the home occupied by Vincent and Andrea Dahlberg. While doing so, numerous items associated with the manufacturing, delivery, and sale of meth were located in and around the residence. The remnants of several “one-pot” meth labs found at the scene suggests that the manufacturing practices had been taking place for some time, according to the Crawford County Sheriff’s Department.
Three people were taken into custody during the execution of the search warrant: Vincent Dahlberg, 51; Andrea Dahlberg, 37; and Kellene Cull, 41.
Vincent and Andrea Dahlberg were arrested on suspicion of manufacturing meth, possession of meth, and possession of schedule 2 narcotics.
Cull was arrested on an outstanding warrant issued through Crawford County and may face charges associated with this investigation.
Charges of child endangerment may also be sought against Vincent and Andrea Dahlberg for allegedly exposing two young children who live at the residence to the volatile process of meth manufacturing, the sheriff’s department said. The children have been removed from the residence by Crawford County Human Services for their safety.
Assisting with the search warrant were the Vernon County Sheriff’s Department, the Wisconsin Department of Criminal Investigation, the Seneca Fire Department, Ocooch Mountain EMS, and the Crawford County Public Health and Human Services departments.
