Two arrested in cocaine bust
On Nov. 16, the Crawford County Sheriff’s Department executed a narcotics related search warrant at 44378 Hunter Lane in the township of Marietta, Crawford County.
Investigators from the Crawford County Sheriff’s Department were granted a search warrant following a lengthy investigation into the selling and distribution of cocaine in and around rural Crawford County.
While conducting the search of the residence, deputies located a substantial amount of cocaine and money along with several other items associated with the selling and distribution of cocaine.
Two people were arrested in connection with this investigation, Bill Hackett, 54, and Cheryl Donahue, 50.
Donahue faces charges of possession of cocaine with intent to deliver and Hackett faces charges of possession of cocaine with intent to deliver and delivery of cocaine.
Both Hackett and Donahue were released on $5,000 cash bond each in Crawford County Circuit Court on Monday.
Grant County officers and K-9 unit assisted the Crawford County Sheriff Department with the search warrant.
This case remains under investigation and further arrests are anticipated.
