Dennis Lippman, 67, passed away peacefully Sunday, Aug. 25 at Agrace Hospice Care Inc in Fitchburg.
He was born in Boscobel Aug. 22, 1946 to Harold and Gertrude (Lenz) Lippman. He graduated from Wauzeka High School in 1964. He was a veteran having served with the U.S. Navy as a communication specialist. He worked for Oscar Mayer for 32 years until his retirement in 2000. He then began working for UW Hospital and retired from there in Oct. 2012.
He is survived by his loving wife of 39 years, Janice; son Josh and grandson Alex.; his mother Gert Koecke of Prairie du Chien; his brother Bill (Betty) Lippman of Sandwich Ill. and step brother Wayne (Jan) Koecke of Prairie du Chien; and extended family and friends.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday Sept. 7, at 11 a.m. at McFarland Lutheran Church. The family will greet friends one hour before service. Memorials can be made to McFarland Lutheran Church or Agrace Hospice Care.
