“We put the ball in play but had too many defensive errors to stay competitive,” Coach Lower said. “We host the first round of regional play and face Kee High on July 8th. We split games early in the season of conference play so it should be a good ball game. The team needs to stay focused and play solid defense as they have a dominant pitcher, which we have already faced, and put the ball in play. The girls can hit the ball, they just need to bring their confidence to the game. They have done some nice things this season with only 13 girls on our roster and they have a bright future.”
