Lawrence M. “Hank” Webb, 88 passed away Wednesday, June 26, at Prairie Maison, Prairie du Chien.
He was born September 24, 1924 in Little Grant Township, Grant County the son of Frank and Dorcas (Drought) Webb. Hank graduated Bloomington High School in 1943. He traveled in the western United States and drove combine in the wheat fields. After returning to the Bagley area he was employed with Kent Feeds in Bloomington. He enjoyed gardening, coon hunting, metal detecting, and going to the dog track.
Surviving is a son, Joe (Bertha) Webb, Avon, Colo.; a daughter, Janita (Pat Hamilton) Kleinow, Patch Grove; eight grandchildren, Jesse (Nikki) Hamilton, Kook Hamilton, Amanda O’Connell, Evan Kleinow, Anna, Amber, Joseph, and Ariel Webb; and seven great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Roberta Warrington; a daughter, Lorna Hamilton; a son, Matthew “Skippy” Webb; a grandson, Seth Kleinow; and a son-in-law, Bobby Hamilton.
Friends and relatives are invited to attend graveside services at 10 a.m. on Friday, July 12, at the Bagley Cemetery, Bagley. The Martin Funeral Home & Cremation Service in Bloomington is assisting the family.
