Summer volleyball leagues underway

The city of Prairie du Chien Parks and Recreation Department is happy to announce that 13 teams are  now playing Varsity and Junior Varsity volleyball at Hoffman Hall on Sunday nights this summer.

Parks and Recreation Director Mike Ulrich said thanks to the efforts of area coaches and Linda Redman, who is heading up the league, the city is able to provide competitive play at a local venue and most importantly something positive to do during the summer months for our teens.

If anyone wants to watch some of the best high school talent in the area, head on down to Hoffman Hall on Sunday nights.
